I spend an average of $10-20 here a week and I would have to say, I don't really experience the things the other raters are saying here. The owners changed recently so I suppose the older ratings are about previous owners/employees which would not apply now. My encounters with Superior have always been courteous and professional. Workers know a lot of regular customers by name and I have not seen any wrong doings (at least during the times I'm there). My laundry/dry cleaning is always done to my standards and always on time. I tried them out because they are close to my work and have been going to them ever since. ~ Stephen H

“Superior” is accurate for both this business and the staff that works there. Ms. Reshma is an incredibly kind person. She always greets me with a smile and remembers my name as well as what I want done with my alterations. She truly makes you feel like a valued guest, and she is a pleasure to talk to. I come here for all my dry cleaning and alteration needs, and I am very happy with the service. The pricing is very fair as well. I highly recommend this business. When my husband started working from home a couple of years ago, we changed from our previous dry cleaners (in the loop) to this one bc it's nearby. We loved our previous place so I wasn't excited about switching. But me have been nothing but pleased with Superior Dry Cleaners service and quality. I wouldn't think I would write a review for a dry cleaner, but they really are the nicest people. They know your name when you come by and are always quick and pleasant. I've been using them for about a month now, and I haven't run into any problems. I only hand in button-downs and slacks so I don't know how they'd handle other clothes. Following Beryl and the power outage, the owner drove across town where he was staying with a friend who had power. He opened his cleaners for us to pick up my husband's suit to go to our grandson's wedding. He saved the day because my husband was in this wedding. The suit was perfectly pressed!
